As part of this project, primarily the academics and researchers working in the field of constitutional law and human rights law were selected as the interview group. However, due to the difficulties experienced in determining academicians, efforts were made to reach a wide range of academics carrying out their studies on human rights, constitutional law, and international law. It was decided to reach not only jurists but also academicians in the field of Theology and Political Science, with the suggestion of Professor Dr. Enver Arpa since there was not much response to our interview request, especially in the Islamic regions.

Although the interview language is mainly English, a study has also been carried out in the Arabic language for Arabic geography. The answers were expected from the academics was to be in English. However, it was also stated that they could answer in their native language if it creates a serious problem. So, although the project’s language is English, some interviews were done in Arabic, Spanish, and Portuguese.
